Paul James (born May 13, 1982 in Neath , Neath Port Talbot ) is a Welsh rugby union player who is used on the position of the pillar . He is active for the Ospreys .
James started his professional career with the Ospreys in 2003. In the same year he also made his national team debut against Romania , his only international match to date. In the following years he was more often in the Welsh squad, but was only a replacement for the regular staff. In the club he won the Magners League twice and the EDF Energy Cup once .
