Paul Kirchner
Paul Kirchner (* 1952 in Germany ) is an American illustrator and comic artist .
Kirchner studied at an art academy in New York . After dropping out of his studies prematurely, he drew comic stories. He worked with the Dutch author Janwillem van de Wetering , among others . Gradually he switched to illustration, including for the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal , and designing logos and toys. In 1994 he shifted his focus again to writing non-fiction and in 1996 again to work in the advertising industry. Since 2002 he has been working as a freelance artist again.
