Paul Ledoux (writer)
Paul Ledoux (* 1949 in Halifax , Nova Scotia ) is a Canadian writer.
After studying history at Dalhousie University (until 1972), Ledoux studied at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design until 1976 . He then worked as a dramaturge and author for theater, film and television.
His first play, The Electrical Man , won the Quebec Drama Festival Award in 1975. He received the Chalmers Award and the Betty Mitchell Award for the musical Fire , a collaborative effort with David Young , and was nominated for the award for the play Secret Garden . With Fire and Judy! he was a finalist in the competition for the Dora Mavor Moore Award .
