Paul Lotman (born November 3, 1985 in Lakewood, California ) is an American volleyball player .

Career

2011 in Piacenza

Lotman played on the California State University, Long Beach team from 2004 to 2008 . In 2007 he won the Universiade volleyball tournament with the US Juniors . After graduating from university, he first went to Puerto Rico , where he became national champion with Plataneros Corozal . In the same year, the outside attacker made his debut in the senior national team . He played one season for the Greek club PAOK Thessaloniki . In 2009 he finished second with the USA at the NORCECA championship . After a year in France at Stade Poitevin Poitiers , he moved to Blu Volley Verona in the Italian league in 2010 . In 2011 Lotman was committed to the renewed runner-up at the continental championship from the Polish first division club Resovia Rzeszów . In 2012, he finished fifth at the London Olympics . With Rzeszów, Lotman became Polish champions in 2012, 2013 and 2015. In 2015/16 Lotman played in the Bundesliga at the Berlin Recycling Volleys , with which he became German champion and won the DVV Cup and the CEV Cup.
