Paul Menard (born August 21, 1980 in Eau Claire , Wisconsin ) is an American NASCAR racing driver.
Life
Menard grew up in Eau Claire , Wisconsin . His father is the American entrepreneur John Menard . Menard drove the Number 27 Menard's Chevrolet in the Sprint Cup for Richard Childress Racing from 2011 to 2017 . His victory in the Nationwide Series, he scored the AT&T 250 in 2006. Paul Menard won his only race in the Sprint Cup on July 31, 2011 at the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway . Since 2018 he has been driving the # 21 Ford Fusion of the Wood Brothers, which will use the Ford Mustang from 2019 .
