Paul Passy
Paul Édouard Passy (born January 13, 1859 in Versailles , † March 21, 1940 in Bourg-la-Reine ) was a French linguist and founder of the International Phonetic Association in 1886. He participated in the drafting of the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) part.
