Paul Preuss (writer)
Paul Preuss (born March 7, 1942 in Albany , Georgia ) is an American science fiction author.
Preuss is a writer of science fiction novels. He became known through his novel series Arthur C. Clarke's Venus Prime , the plot of which revolves around events, characters and locations from short stories by Arthur C. Clarke . His novel Core was the template for the film The Core .
Preuss also writes book reviews and specialist articles for US newspapers and magazines and works as a consultant for film companies.
