Paul Hofmann von Wellenhof or Paul von Hofmann-Wellenhof (born September 1, 1858 in Vienna , † April 13, 1944 in Graz ) was an Austrian teacher, literary scholar and politician ( German National Association / German National Party ).

Life

He came from a Styrian noble family. Hofmann-Wellenhof was a secondary school professor in Graz and wrote several literary-historical treatises, including a. in the 1880s through the writers Michael Denis (1729–1800) and Aloys Blumauer (1755–1798). Paul Hofmann von Wellenhof was for 18 years a member of the Duchy of Styria in the House of Representatives of the Austrian Reichsrat from the 10th legislative period (1901–1907) to the 12th.
