Paulius Martinkus

Paulius Martinkus (born November 23, 1984 ) is a Lithuanian manager, transport politician and deputy minister .

Life

After graduating from secondary school in 2003, Martinkus completed his bachelor's degree at the Stockholm University of Commerce in Riga (Latvia) in 2006 and investment courses in Budapest (Hungary) in 2006 , negotiations in Tallinn (Estonia) in 2008 and company auditing in Brussels (Belgium), and in 2012 training in Baltic States, 2015 at the Summer Academy of the University of Malmö in Sweden and 2016 in the USA.

In 2007 he set up and ran a litanist Saturday school in Tallinn. In 2009 he established the Lithuanian Youth Association of Estonia. From 2006 to 2009 he was a volunteer in the children's camp of the “Vienybė” Foundation. He headed the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance .

Since December 29, 2016 he has been the Deputy Minister of Transport of Lithuania , Deputy of Rokas Masiulis in the Skvernelis cabinet . He is a member of the board of directors of AB “ Lietuvos ležinkeliai ”.

Paulius Martinkus speaks English, Russian, French and Latvian.
