Paulus Quirinus Brondgeest

Paulus Quirinus Brondgeest (born April 2, 1835 in The Hague , † December 15, 1904 in Utrecht ), also Paul Guérin or Paul Quirin Brondgeest , was a doctor . Brondgeest studied at the University of Utrecht . In 1860 he completed his first dissertation on the subject of " muscle tone ". The so-called Brondgeest resting tone is named after Brondgeest , the resting tone of the muscles with intact innervation .
