Paweł Cieślik (born April 12, 1986 ) is a Polish road cyclist .

Paweł Cieślik took twelfth place in the road race of the U23 class at the road cycling world championships in 2007. The next year he was 28th in the U23 road race. In 2010 he finished second behind the winner Marek Rutkiewicz at the national mountain championships . In his first year there, he won the fourth stage of the Tour of Slovakia , where he was also tenth overall. He won one stage each in the Tour of Slovakia (2011), the Tour of Małopolska (2012) and the Tour of Upper Austria (2014). In 2014 he also won the Grand Prix Královehradeckého Kraje . In 2016 he finished the Tour of Poland as the best Pole. With the Elkov-Author Cycling Team he won the team time trial of the Czech Cycling Tour in 2017 .
