The parish church of St. Margarethe , located slightly elevated in the village of Laimbach, has a uniform looking structure, consisting of a Gothic choir and a baroque nave with a squat, Biedermeier styleWest tower and a sacristy from the early 20th century. The undivided nave is opened by arched windows and covered by a gable roof. The core of the choir, probably early Gothic and baroque, is the same height and width as the nave. In the end of the choir there are pointed arched windows with two-lane tracery in the east and south; the east is from 1863. Various tools are depicted on bas-reliefs from the second half of the 15th century. A three-storey western tower, which was erected in 1822 instead of a wooden bell tower, rises above a square floor plan.

After a fire in 1700, the building was erected in its current form. The north facade was designed around 1770 with plaster structure. It is divided by straps on the ground floor and brackets on the upper floor. The building is accessible through a wide arched gate. The windows on the upper floor have monastery grilles that have recently been changed on the courtyard side.

The parish church of St. Nikolaus , surrounded by a cemetery and located in the middle of Münichreith, is a Gothic hall church with a rectangular choir and a defensive west tower. The nave has a high gable roof, low buttresses with water hammer in the south and pointed arched windows of different sizes and heights. To the north, the church is accessible through a Gothic portal from the early 15th century with a straight lintel and barbed cloak, which lies behind a porch from the late 19th century. The slightly retracted choir is higher than the nave. It has a crooked roof and pointed arched windows, one of which is in the east with tracery. The west tower from the 15th century has narrow slit windows in the north and south, above them pointed arch windows. To the north of the choir is the sacristy and to the west, on the north side of the nave, a transept-like chapel extension from the 18th century, modified in the 19th century, with a gable roof, arched windows and a Neo-Biedermeier door.
