The rectory northwest of the church is a two-story building with a remarkable roof, the so-called Napoleon hat . The building was erected around 1792. A garage has recently been built over the remains of a round tower from the last quarter of the 15th century .

The parish church hl. Is located on a steep hill to the north-east of Ebersdorf . Blasius is a baroque hall building with a low Gothic north tower. The nave , which was built around 1755/1765 with partial inclusion of the walls of an early Gothic predecessor building, and the slightly recessed , rectangular choir are covered by a shared hipped roof. The facade is structured by corner pilasters and windows with curved, segment-arched ends in a wedge frame. In the southwest corner, a stepped buttress placed over a corner supports the nave, and another on the south wall of the nave. The church is accessible to the west through a barrel-vaulted entrance hall. Chapels from 1893 rise to the side. The two-storey north tower from the late 15th century is crowned by a renewed pyramid helmet.

Leiben Castle is a staggered four-storey stronghold with an artificial neck moat, mentioned in a document in 1196 and significantly rebuilt from 1617 to 1659.

The castle tavern, located southwest of the castle, is a two-storey building with a high, wood-clad mansard hipped roof and remarkable chimneys over a multi-profiled cornice from the last quarter of the 18th century. The facade is designed in panel decor with a wide cornice separating storeys and windows in profiled frames. In the central axis the tavern has a round arch portal with segmented arch gable.

Located on a hill north of the village and surrounded by a cemetery, St. Corona is a late Gothic hall church with a double choir and a western tower in front. The nave and double choir have a circumferential base and lie under a shared gable roof. The west tower has a painted edging, slot windows in the basement, arched window and door openings in the south and arched windows on the upper floor. It is crowned by a bell helmet from 1926.

The Johannesbrücke is a brick arch bridge on Fürnbergschen Poststrasse. The Johannesbrücke connects the communities Emmersdorf and Leiben across the Weitenbach .
