The rectory of Nöchling is north of the church. It has two storeys and is covered by a crooked roof. The basement was built after a fire in 1710 or 1749. In 1840 the building received an increase. It has windows with cloister bars and barrel-vaulted rooms.

The Gasthaus Schachenhofer is an elongated two-story building from the 18th century. It is accessible on the south side through a late baroque door with a skylight and stone frame. The ground floor is banded and has window lunettes with a fan motif. Inside there is a beamed ceiling from 1804.

On Marktstrasse, south of the parish church, a granite column rises above a four-sided pedestal with a protruding cover plate and a tabernacle top, which is crowned by a pyramid with a final ball. The monument is marked 1816.

The parish church of hl. Jakobus the Elder is a Biedermeier hall with a late Gothic choir and south tower. According to a document, Nöchling was a daughter parish of St. Oswald in 1160, vicariate in the 14th century (?) And was named as a parish in 1681.
