The Pearl Rocks (translated from English pearl rocks ) are a group of often snow-capped cliff rocks in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . They are spread over an area of 5 by 3 km just off the west coast of Tower Island .
Participants in the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1955–57) gave them their descriptive name.
