Pech-de-Naudène
The Statuenmenhir Pech-de-Naudène (also called Statuenmenhir Haute-Vergne ) stands in the front garden of one of the houses in the hamlet of Haute-Vergne east of Lacaune in the Tarn department in France . He is a statue menhir in the Saint Ponienne series.
The male statue menhir made of sandstone discovered while plowing is about 1.25 meters high and at the top with 0.93 m wider than at the base with 0.54 m and 0.13 m thick. The face (with eyes, nose and tattoos), arms, legs and belt are easily recognizable. The back also has some details.
Nearby are the statue menhirs Pierre Plantée of Lacaune , the statue menhirs of Rieuviel and Vacant-de-Rieuviel.
