The Pedersen Nunatak is a 210  m high island before Nordenskjöld Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . She was also described as a nunatak . It is the westernmost island in the seal islands group and is located 12 km northeast of Cape Fairweather .

The Pedersen Nunatak was mapped in 1947 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey , which named it after Morten Pedersen, captain of the Norwegian whaler Castor on the whaling expedition (1893-1894) Carl Anton Larsen .
