Peer Lilienthal (born April 4, 1979 in Hanover ) is a German politician of the Alternative for Germany (AfD).

Life

After graduating from high school, Lilienthal went to the armed forces for twelve years to pursue an officer career. In this context he studied political science at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg ; he was also used in Afghanistan . He has been working as a tax officer since 2012.

Peer Lilienthal has been a member of the regional assembly of the Hanover region since 2016 . In the state elections in Lower Saxony in 2017 , he was elected to the Lower Saxony state parliament via the AfD state list. There he is treasurer of the AfD parliamentary group.

Lilienthal is married, has a daughter and lives in Barsinghausen .
