Pelliceira ( Asturian A Peliceira ) is a place and at the same time namesake of a parish (Spanish Parroquia ) in the municipality of Ibias in the Spanish province of Asturias .

This Parroquia has a total area of ​​18.54 km² and in 2011 had 9 inhabitants. Pelliceira lies at an altitude of 1128  m above sea ​​level with the Pena Rogueira, 1961  m as the highest point. Pelliceira is located 15 kilometers from the regional capital San Antolín de Ibias .
