Per Anda (born March 11, 1965 ) is a Swedish pool player . He became European champion in 1988 .

Career

In 1984 Per Anda reached the junior 8-ball final at the European Youth Championships, but was defeated by the German Oliver Ortmann . At the EM 1987 he won an EM medal in the men for the first time with bronze in 14/1 . In 1988 Anda defeated the German Bernd Hoffmann in the 14/1 endless final and thus became European champion. At the EM 1989 he succeeded again in the 14/1 endless final. However, he lost this to Oliver Ortmann. With bronze in the 14/1 endless Anda won his last European Championship medal in 1993 .
