Pere Jorba
Pere Jorba , OSB , Spanish also Pedro Jorba , (* 1617 in Terrassa , † 1647 in the Montserrat Monastery ) was a Catalan organist and an important representative of the Montserrat organ school .
Jorba attended the Escola de Montserrat from 1627 to 1635 together with Joan Cererols . Here he was one of Joan March's best students . In 1635 Jorba entered the Benedictine order.
