The house Pestalozzistraße 17-19 is in the green belt in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The house is a two-winged, two-story angular building with hipped roofs . The gable side facing the green belt has arched arcades in front . The building has five or two-axis wings. The rectangular window openings have walls made of artificial stone . The original entrance doors have been preserved.

The house was built in the same way as the house at Pestalozzistraße 18-20 . The grouping of houses 18–20 and 17–19 forms an open, right-angled space at the confluence with Pestalozzistraße towards the green belt.

Green belt is the name of a street, but also the name of the entire residential area.

The structure is registered under No. 1/051 and 1/052 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
