Peter Andraschke
Peter Andraschke (born December 1, 1939 in Bielsko ; † March 25, 2020 ) was a German musicologist .
Life
He studied school music and musicology in Freiburg im Breisgau , with Thrasybulos Georgiades and Hans Heinrich Eggebrecht , as well as German and folklore in Munich , Berlin and Freiburg im Breisgau. From 1969 to 1982 he was a research assistant at the University of Freiburg im Breisgau . From 1988 until his retirement in 2005 he was Professor of Music History at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen .
