Peter Grant (athlete)
Peter Grant ( Peter Treacy Grant; born January 5, 1954 ) is a retired Australian hurdler and sprinter .
At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, he was eliminated over 400 m in the quarter-finals and over 400 m hurdles as well as in the 4-by-400-meter relay in the preliminary run.
In 1979 he was fifth over the 400 m hurdles at the World Cup in Athletics in Montreal and seventh with the ocean team in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
In 1977 and 1979 he was Australian champion in the 400 m hurdles.
