Peter Karl Weber (born September 14, 1768 in Elberfeld (today a district of Wuppertal ), † March 27, 1835 ) was a German politician and mayor of Elberfeld.

Weber was born the son of Daniel Adolf Weber (1730–1794), who was also mayor of Elberfeld in 1788, and his wife Maria Magdalena Cappel (1737–1798). Weber became a merchant and merchant in Elberfeld. In 1791 he married Johanna Wilhelmina Frowein (1771–1818), a granddaughter of the former mayor Ludwig Frowein (1698–1756). Through this marriage he had six children.

Weber was proposed for the first time as mayor in 1795, but was defeated by Johann Peter Meinhardt Bredt . Three years later he stood for election again and was also elected. However, he insisted on having a permanent representative. In 1799 he was appointed city judge in Elberfeld. During the Wars of Liberation Weber and his family left the city of Elberfeld and settled first in Düsseldorf, later in Pempelfort, where his wife died in 1818. Weber's place of death is unknown.
