Peter Kuhlbrodt

Peter Kuhlbrodt (born May 18, 1941 in Nordhausen ) is a German historian and archivist .

Life

After studying history and German philology in Potsdam , Kuhlbrodt was a German teacher in Nordhausen. In 1981 and 1990 he did his doctorate on the women's movement in Germany. From 1990 to March 2004 he was director of the Nordhausen City Archives . He is a member of the Historical Commission for Thuringia . In addition, Kuhlbrodt wrote numerous works and writings on the history of the city of Nordhausen and its surroundings.
