Peter Loos (director)

Peter Loos-Wolf (* 1912 in Berlin ; † December 4 , 2005 ) was an Austrian journalist and director.

Life

Peter Loos was a writer, critic and director. He attended school in Vienna and later lived in Paris. He was a leading member of the Austrian resistance movement in France. After the Second World War he returned to Vienna. From 1968 to 1985 he staged numerous plays in the theater in der Josefstadt and in the Wiener Kammerspiele .
