Peter Mes
Peter Mes (born June 1, 1943 in Cologne ) is a German lawyer and legal scholar .
Life
After finishing school and graduating from high school in Cologne, Peter Mes studied at universities in Cologne , Bonn and Munich from 1963 to 1967 . After taking the first state examination in Cologne, he became a full assistant to Gottfried Baumgärtel at the University of Cologne. In 1970 he did his doctorate at Baumgärtel on the subject of " The legal protection claim ". From 1970 to 1973 he was a trainee lawyer and at the same time a research assistant at the Institute for Procedural Law at the University of Cologne.
In 1973, Mes was admitted to the bar and joined Richard Moser von Filsek's law firm . Mes became a partner in the firm in 1977. Finally he was named after the now known as a warrior Mes Graf & v. of the Groeben firm specializing in commercial legal protection . Peter Mes git as one of the most sought-after lawyers in the field of intellectual property law. In 1998 he became a lecturer at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and in 2005 an honorary professor in Münster.
