Peter Vindahl Jensen

Peter Vindahl Jensen (born February 16, 1998 ) is a Danish football goalkeeper . He is under contract with FC Nordsjælland and is a Danish junior international goalkeeper.

Career

Peter Vindahl Jensen joined FC Nordsjælland's youth academy at the age of 17 after playing for Lyngby BK , Hørsholm UI and Helsingør. Half a year after moving to the academy, he took part in several professional team training sessions before joining the professional team in the summer of 2016. In January 2017, he extended his contract term to 2019. On September 26, 2018, he played for the first time for the professional team in a 4-0 win in the third round of the Danish Cup at HB Køge . On January 10, 2019, he extended his contract term again until 2022. On March 30, 2019, he played for the first time in a league game for the pros in a goalless draw on the first day of the championship round of the Superliga at FC Midtjylland . In total, he came to six missions and was with FC Nordsjælland in the championship round bottom of the table.

National team

In 2016 Jensen played for the Danish U18 national team ; from 2016 to 2017 he played three games for the U19 national team . After playing for the Danish U20s in 2018 , he was previously used for the U21s in the same year when he played in a 5-0 win in Wiener Neustadt against Austria on March 22, 2018 .
