Peter Wolf (politician, 1939)

Peter Wolf (born April 16, 1939 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Peter Wolf graduated from secondary school in 1957 and then attended the mining engineering school in Zwickau . He worked as a safety engineer for occupational safety and fire protection .

In the course of the change in the GDR , Wolf joined the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in 1989 . In the first free East Berlin election in May 1990 , he was elected to the Berlin city council. Even in the now joint election in December 1990 , he was able to win the direct mandate in constituency 2 in the Köpenick district . Wolf became deputy parliamentary group leader and resigned from parliament in 1995.
