Peter Zeitlhofer (born December 20, 1978 ) is a former Austrian football player and now coach .
Career
As a player
Zeitlhofer played for the SCU Euratsfeld from 1986 to 2007 . For the 2007/08 season he moved to the fourth-class SCU Ardagger . For Ardagger he completed a game in the national league . Zeitlhofer played for Ardagger's reserve team between 2009 and 2011 before ending his career after the 2010/11 season.
As a trainer
Between May and June 2010 Zeitlhofer acted as coach of the SCU Ardagger for three games on an interim basis . For the 2011/12 season he was the permanent head coach of the national division. After more than 100 games as a coach, the Lower Austrians separated from him in May 2015.
In July 2015 he became the coach of the SKU Amstetten's second team . He held this position until the end of the 2015/16 season. In January 2018 he became assistant coach of the club's first team.
For the 2018/19 season he took over the post of head coach at the second division team in Amstetten and the previous head coach Robert Weinstabl became team manager of the club. Zeitlhofer was appointed head coach because, unlike the previous coach Weinstabl, he has the coaching license required for the 2nd division . In March 2019, Weinstabl and Zeitlhofer were replaced by Jochen Fallmann . Zeitlhofer then became assistant coach again.
