Petr Forejt
Petr Forejt (born February 18, 1968 in Prague ) is a Czech sound engineer .
Career
Forejt began his career as a sound assistant in the early 1990s . Through international co-productions such as Maigret and the Czech feature film The Manor , he made the leap to Hollywood in the early 2000s , where he worked on major film productions such as Shanghai Knights , Alien vs. Predator and Van Helsing worked in the second unit . From 2005 he worked as a sound engineer on films such as Doom - The Film and The Illusionist . 2009 he was responsible for Wanted , together with Chris Jenkins and Frank A. Montaño for the Oscar in the category Best Sound nominated. From 2011, his focus of work shifted to television, where he worked on the series Borgia and The Musketeers , among others .
