Petra Haffter

Petra Haffter (born December 29, 1953 in Cuxhaven ) is a German director, screenwriter and producer.

Live and act

She studied political science , journalism and theater studies at the Free University of Berlin . From 1974 she worked for various radio stations, two years later she also worked for television. In 1978 she made her first film with the film Madness, Whole Life is Madness . From 1977 to 1985 she was involved in the production company C & H Filmproduktion Berlin, which she founded together with Richard Claus . During this time she mainly worked as a producer. She later founded Petra Haffter Filmproduktion.

Petra Haffter shot several episodes of the series Tatort and Die Feuerengel .
