Petra Maria Grühn

Petra Maria Grühn (born November 18, 1950 in Darmstadt ) is a German actress , theater director and theater director .

After graduating from high school, she received her acting training from 1970 to 1973 at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich. She made her debut in 1972 as Trixi in Ludwigs Mann, oh Mann at the Theater der Jugend . In 1973 she appeared at the Luisenburg Festival in Wunsiedel as Phöbe in As You Like It . In 1973/74 she played at the Staatstheater Stuttgart and at the Komödie im Marquardt , 1974/75 at the Städtische Bühnen Freiburg im Breisgau. In 1975/76 she worked at the Münchner Kammerspiele , where she played Ilse in Spring Awakening and Charlotte in Young W. 's The New Sorrows . As Polly in Die Dreigroschenoper , she was seen at the Schauspielhaus Bochum in 1978/79 .

She has worked in the films Die Frau gegen , Rheingold and The Last Round as well as in over 40 television film productions and also wrote scripts. In 1987 she went to France and in 1992 founded the “Compagnie Antéros” there. From then on, Grühn devoted himself entirely to directing and staged, among others, Macbeth by Shakespeare, The Tropical Tree by Yukio Mishima and The Marquise of Arcis by Carl Sternheim . In 1985 she was a founding member of the Munich Team Theater , which she took over in 1994.
