Petra Schäfer (* 1965 in Mannheim ) is a German author who writes erotic novels under the pseudonyms Kathrin von Potulski , Helen Carter and Cassandra Norton .

After studying German and political science at the University of Mannheim , she worked in the field of PR and advertising communication in industrial companies.

Worldview scandal

Petra Schäfer was at the center of the so-called “Weltbild scandal” with her novel series Anwaltshure , which involved the sale of erotic literature by Weltbild Verlag , which belongs to the Catholic Church . In the course of this scandal, Schäfer's books were reported across Europe. As a result, the German Bishops' Conference was forced to stop the sale of erotic literature by Weltbild-Verlag.
