Petra Schneppe

Petra Schneppe (born June 2, 1950 in Wuppertal ) is a German politician of the SPD and from 2007 to 2010 a member of the state parliament in North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 48 Krefeld II.

After graduating from high school in 1970, Petra Schneppe began studying psychology and modern German literature (1988 to 1991). From 1989 to 1991 she worked in the adult education TÜV Rheinland .

Petra Schneppe has lived in Krefeld for over 35 years . She is the mother of two children and is widowed. She was a housewife until she was a member of the state parliament.

In 1970 Petra Schneppe joined the SPD. In the same year she became district councilor in Krefeld Süd. Since 1976 she has been a competent citizen in the council of the city of Krefeld.
