Petra Wiesner-Holtzmann

Petra Wiesner-Holtzmann (* 1956 in Senftenberg ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

After graduating from high school, Wiesner trained as a chemical laboratory assistant and, from 1981, was a graduate engineer for food technology at the Köthen Engineering University and the Kobako Cottbus based in Senftenberg. In 1982 she became an energy engineer and in 1988 head of the investment department.

In February 1987 Wiesner joined the CDU. There she worked in various ways in the Senftenberg district . She sat in the district council and in the Senftenberg city council, in which she was also president. From 1990 to 1994 she also sat in the Brandenburg state parliament .
