Petruța Cecilia Küpper (born May 11, 1981 in Sibiu , Romania ) is a Romanian panflutist .

Live and act

Küpper studied sociology and ethnology at the University of Lucian Blaga Sibiu , as well as pan flute with Gheorghe Zamfir at the National Music University in Bucharest . She also performed with him at concerts. She worked as a music teacher in Romania at elementary and secondary schools as well as at a grammar school. In 2008 she moved to Germany. In 2009 she took third place with her music on the talent show Das Supertalent . In January 2010 her album Pantraum was released. At the Echo Awards 2010 she was nominated in the category “Newcomer of the Year (national)”. In 2018 her second album Blue LoveWorld hits on the pan flute was released.

Petruța Küpper is married and has a daughter who was born in 2007. She lives in Osnabrück .
