The parish farm at Marktstrasse 6 in the town of Havelsee , in the Pritzerbe district, is a listed parsonage with two associated stable buildings and a barn.
Buildings
The monument is a residential building built as a rectory and still in use today, which stands individually, as well as two former stables and a barn. The rectory consists of a central wing with two small, protruding side wings. It's plastered gray. Narrow bezels can be seen as simple ornaments around window and door openings . The roof is a mansard roof with crooked hips . There are dormers as openings in it. Access to the house is via small open stairs with simple roofs on the western and northern side of the central wing.
The former stables and the barn are located south of the rectory. These are buildings with constructions made of timber framework , which are filled with masonry bricks. The western stable building was extensively renovated in 2006. It shows simple wooden doors and box windows . There is a bat dormer in the roof . For the restoration of this stable building, the Havelsees parish received the Brandenburg State Monument Prize. It is used for cultural and church events.
