The rectory in Hostouň (German Hostau ), a Czech town in Okres Domažlice in the Plzeňský kraj region , was built in 1729 and rebuilt in 1877 after a fire. The former rectory next to the church is a protected cultural monument .

The two-storey hipped roof building in the Baroque style stands empty and is in ruins.
