The rectory at Pfarrgasse 2 is a listed building in Griesheim .
History and description
The voluminous two-storey half - timbered house stands on a massive ground floor and was built between the years 1629 and 1634 - a date in the corner post documents the year 1630. The rectory has windows and doors with walls made of sandstone . The masonry of the building consists of an ornamental framework with man forms , diamonds and painted crosses in the parapet areas and a more profiled entablature zone . The final gable roof is covered with plain tile roof tiles.
