Rectory in Leitershofen

The rectory in Leitershofen , a district of Stadtbergen in the Augsburg district in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia , was built in 1736. The former rectory on Bergstrasse 3a, north of the Catholic parish church St. Oswald , is a protected monument .

The two-storey hipped roof building with a curved gable on the east side was probably built by Johann Kaspar Radmiller from Thannhausen . A five-step staircase leads to the arched entrance. In a niche above the portal there is a bust of a saint, which is adorned with a stucco frame. The corner pilaster strip , the bullet cornice and window surrounds are made of plaster. The windows, divided by bars, only have green wooden shutters on the ground floor.
