location

The church stands at the western end of a long main square, which is on the connecting road between Hollabrunn and Mistelbach . The church square is at the intersection with the steeply ascending local access road Hoher Hausberg on the connection path from Stockerau and Korneuburg to Laa an der Thaya .

Felician Chapel

The foundation of the parish is assumed around 1055. The east-facing original church with Romanesque and Gothic architecture has been preserved as a Felician chapel. The altar in neo-baroque style bears the miraculous image of Mariahilf , which was transferred from the former Bründl chapel in the town around 1783.

Martinskirche

The high-proportioned hall church, built around 1760, was added to the west and is northward. The church as a whole forms a right angle.

The high altar in late baroque style with rococo ornamentation bears an altarpiece of St. Martin , which is attributed to Kaspar Franz Sambach . The organ from 1883 was built by the organ building company Johann M. Kauffmann and expanded in 1928.
