Catholic parish church of St. Margaretha in Lindach

The Roman Catholic parish church Lindach is in the village of Lindach in the municipality Laakirchen in the district of Gmunden in Upper Austria . It is consecrated to St. Margaretha and belongs to the Deanery Gmunden in the Diocese of Linz . The building is a listed building .

The church is in the village of Lindach at Leopold Sonntag-Straße 1.

history

The parish was built in 1680 and renovated in 1912.

The church has a west tower with an onion helmet .

Church interior

The single-nave nave is three-bay. Above it is a barrel vault with stitch caps . The rectangular choir ends in a straight end. Above it is a cross vault . Below the vault is a heavy continuous cornice. The organ gallery is two-story.

Furnishing

The high altar dates from 1682. The side altars and the pulpit date from the same time. There are some baroque figures of saints in the nave .
