The Trolltind store is the highest point in the Trolltindane chain in the Scandinavian mountains . From here, the almost vertical Trollveggen steep face falls into Romsdalen, which is the highest face in Europe with a height difference of approx. 1700 m.
The easiest ascent is from the Trollstigen car park approx. 5 km southwest. Rope equipment is required for the ascent.
