architecture
The Gothic two-aisled hall church has a four-and-a-half-bay, vaulted, ribbed nave with round pillars from the beginning of the 16th century. The retracted ogival fron arch with the dates 1520, 1666 and 1767 is followed by the almost equally wide two-bay choir from 1520 with a five-eighth end and tracery windows and a ribbed vault with the Wechselberg figuration. In the vault of the choir, late Gothic frescoes show the four evangelist symbols and two coats of arms and the year 1609. Further frescoes in the choir in the Renaissance style from 1586 show a memorial inscription for Vicar Bernhard Schenpuecher. The four-axis Gothic west gallery on irregular groin vaults has a baroque parapet curved twice in front.
The mighty late Gothic west tower has a baroque eight-sided bell house with a knob-shaped helmet from the 1st half of the 19th century. The bell house has a ribbed vault. The Gothic sacristy has a semi-built-in eight-sided stair tower. The upper room of the sacristy has a groin vault.
Furnishing
The high altar is neo-Gothic. The pulpit and the side altars are from the 1st quarter of the 18th century. The two side altar statues are neo-baroque. There is a late baroque wooden statue of Maria Immaculata, probably by Franz Schwanthaler, from the 2nd quarter of the 18th century. There is a 15th century red marble slab and epitaphs from the 16th and 17th centuries.
The organ case was made around 1720/1730.
