Phaethon ( Korean 파에톤 ) in Gyeongju World ( Gyeongju , Gyeongsangbuk-do , South Korea ) is a steel roller coaster model Inverted Coaster by the manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard , which opened on May 5, 2007. It was the first inverted roller coaster in South Korea.

The 1000 m long route reaches a height of 45 m and has six inversions : a 30 m high loop , a zero-g-roll , a cobra-roll , which consists of two inversions, and two corkscrews .

Trains

Phaethon owns two trains with eight cars each. Four people (one row) can be seated in each car. Shoulder straps are used as a restraint system.
