Philip Dunne (politician)
Philip Martin Dunne (born August 14, 1958 in Ludlow ) is a British politician ( Conservative Party ). He is a member of the UK Parliament and was Secretary of State (Deputy Minister) in the Department of Defense from 2012 to 2016 . He has been Minister of State for Health since July 2016.
Dunne is one of the 89 people from the European Union against whom Moscow has imposed an entry ban in connection with the Crimean crisis .
