Philip Schuster (born February 3, 1995 ) is an Austrian handball player .

Career

The 1.79 meter tall back player started playing handball at Vöslauer HC . In the 2012 season, an existing license was terminated and Schuster was only available for teams from West Vienna. In the 2013/14 season he played for the first time in the Handball League Austria for SG Handball West Vienna . With the start of the 2014/15 season he was hired again by his youth club, which had been promoted to the Handball Bundesliga Austria . However, he is still entitled to play for SG Handball West Vienna by means of a funding license. In the 2015/16 , 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons, the backcourt player played again exclusively for his youth club. From the 2018/19 season , the right-hander was again signed up by SG Handball West Vienna.

Philip Schuster also took part twice in a European youth championship with the youth national team born in 1994 and younger and was able to achieve 6th place each time. In preparation for the 2014 home youth championship, Team 94, as it was called in Austria, took part in HLA matches.
