Philipp Katzler (born October 10, 1981 in Vienna ) is an Austrian football player . The defender plays for SV Horn in the Regionalliga Ost .

Career

Philipp Katzler was brought in the 2001/02 season by coach Arie Haan from the offspring of Vienna Austria into the combat team, where he made nine appearances in the Bundesliga . At the same time he also plays in the U21 national team in the European Championship qualifier '02 . The following season he moved to ASK Kottingbrunn , where he played in the Regionalliga Ost until relegation in 2006 .

In 2006 Philipp Katzler managed to return to professional football and played in the first division at SC-ESV Parndorf 1919 in 2006/07 , but then returned to the regional league at the Vienna Sports Club . In 2008, Philipp Katzler moved within the league to SV Horn . In 2010 he moved to USC Wallern in the Burgenland regional league. He was brought in as a midfielder, but had bad luck with injuries. His contract ran until the summer, but was not extended. Thus Philipp Katzler moved again to the Regionalliga Ost for the promoted 1. SC Opel-Ebner Sollenau.
